According to Steinberg: "Tiger Woods will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates. Tiger plans to discuss his past and his future and he intends to apologize for his behavior. While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between him and his wife, he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down a lot of other people who were close to him. He also let down his fans. He wants to begin the process of making amends, and that's what he's going to discuss." Steinberg said he didn't know if Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, would appear with her husband. Question: Do you think that Elin should appear with her husband?

i believe he cheated on her and broke an agreement they made when they got married. he is a dog and has had too many other female friends for myself, if i was his wife. i would divorce him and keep moving on with my life, once a cheat always a cheat.

He can break his silence but he better break his habit!! There are too much illnesses out there and he is young. Plus he can pass it on to his wife. If a man is going to be unfaithful then dont get married drag other innocent people in his web of lies. Get help and then get into a serioius relationship.

Elin is a fool if she thinks he is going to change.
Even if he never cheats again with another woman, he will always be thinking about other woman and having sex with them. She is crazy to stay with him ........... If he had maybe just 1 fling that was just a sexual encounter, Maybe his wife could forgive him. But multilple sexual partners, No Way !!!!!!!

I believe that Tiger needs to do what ever he need to do to save his marriage. He has acknowledge his unfaithfulness and now realizes the impact he has had through out the world. I believe that people should not throw stone, as i am sure everyone that is offering there negative option is not perfect, and i guarantee they all have skeletons in their closets. seems like your the women commenting on this site seem to be very angry??

No, she should not appear with him. If she is standing by his side it represents her support and forgiveness. I was always embarrased for Hillary standing beside Bill to show her support. Come on ladies, the days of Stand By Your Man that Tammy Wynette sang about is over. They made their bed and they need to lay in it alone or with the ladies they had the affair with. I personally think Tiger should have his harem of ladies stand beside him at the press conference.

He's full of it. It should not be a structured event. They should let every credentialed reporter in and he should stay and answer every last question, show some humility and ask for forgiveness. It is not just a family affair because it's the fans who have have contributed part of the billion dollars he is worth.

No, I don't think she should appear with him unless she has forgiven him and wants to stand up for him. I don't think she should do it for mere appearance sake.
I don't think that Tiger has yet realized that he does have to answer to his fans and everything he does affects not only his family, his friends but his fans as well. Without his fans, he wouldn't be where he is today.

Woods is an ass and if his wife thinks he is about to change she is only fooling herself. She should have taken the money and found a real life elsewhere...
All Woods is trying to do is get out of this looking as good a possible in the eyes of the public and get back as many sponsers as he can. It is all about his image, i bekieve, to him - and the $$'s involved. He won't change as long as he hangs around the characters that he feels support him like the Jordans and Barkleys of the sporting world and if he keeps the caddy and other golf related friends he used previously to help him hid his screwing around it shows everyone that his ways won't be changing - just a lot more covert going forward so he doesn't get caught as easily again. Woods behaviour on the golf course was always egotistical and selfish because although he is, he always had to let everyone know he was the best golfer... he just doesn't get it though, that as a person on this earth he has shown he is a much pooer person than he is a golfer by his actions!

Agent Mark Steinberg said Woods would not answer any questions. It will be the golfer's first public appearance since his November 27 car crash outside his home near Orlando, Florida.
