It’s a universal female desire – like chocolate – to feel good in your jeans, skinny or not. So that’s what compelled us to push play on The Skinny Jeans Workout DVD. Guinea pig Kate had the following thoughts:
• After doing the 5-minute workout, I was sore the next day. • It’s great if you want to work out in your hotel room while traveling. • It has four different workout options: 5-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute and 45-minute which makes it easy to fit some exercise in every day. • You are supposed to have an exercise mat, weights, a jump rope and medicine ball, but you could perform all the routines without these items if you don’t have access to them. The moves are very straightforward and easy to do – think jumping jacks, lunges, and crunches. As for the woman who is going to be toning, lifting, and sculpting you, that’s Lisa G. She ran the New York Marathon in under 4 hours, is a certified spinning instructor, has studied yoga, is an expert skier, and certified personal trainer. Yeah, she looks good in skinny jeans and so will you.
