Shaving Your Legs Is A Breeze

We all know her. We love and admire her. And yet we hate her for her determination. Yes, I’m talking about the woman who shaves her legs everyday. For years, I have wished for such motivation. That I, too, would be sharp enough in the morning to steady my body in the awkward “propped” position it requires to contribute such love and care towards my femininity. But I’m not. Year after year, boyfriend after boyfriend continue to brush their hands along my shins as we lay on the couch, in hopes that maybe I have had a change of heart this winter and decided that wildabeast wasn’t “in” this time around. Shaving makes me feel feminine, and I love the feeling of slipping into clean sheets at night with silky sleek legs. But sometimes a girl just doesn’t have the time! Or the energy! But I just happened to stumble upon something that other day that may have, in fact, changed my life.

Maybe you’ve already heard of it. Maybe you already have it. But I had neither last week when I went to the grocery store. On my way to checkout I spotted the razors and decided it was time to do away with my pathetic disposables and just buy a real razor, already. I had not previously been a fan of the Venus razor, as I didn’t feel it offered enough “razor power,” let’s say. But I was in a hurry and I think my only other option was a man razor, and I stopped using those a long time ago. So I grabbed the Venus razor, not thinking much about it.

Until my shower. I thought, “How interesting this razor looks, with these… moisturizing…things…around the blade.” Of course, not even paying attention to the type of razor, or reading directions, I applied shaving gel to my legs and shaved away. My razor was looking awful junked up and I thought perhaps I was using too much shave gel. Until I realized that with this phenomenal razor, you don’t have to use shave gel. Yes, ladies, this may be the most efficient razor I’ve ever put to my legs. The Venus Breeze has Shave Gel Bars built around the blade, so all you need to do is hop in the shower, give the your legs a once over with this sweet smelling 2-in-1 razor blade, and voila! I know this is not the first razor to execute such a fantastic idea. But I think it's my favorite thus far.

But does the Venus really lather? I feel like I'd get razor burn. I've always liked men's razors. I think of it as: if it's good enough for their faces it's good enough for me.

Thanks for your review though, maybe I'll switch it up one of these days and give Venus a try.

I L-O-V-E the Venus razor... I am a cheerleader at GHS and I can't stand not having my legs silky smooth... this works wonders

I'm a guy and I tried out my girlfriends Venus with the purple rubber edges and it was amazing. its not really lather, more like a slick feeling. it works better than any men's razor I've tried.
